Fedders Announces Formation of Its Commercial/Industrial Air Treatment Products Division: A Unique “One-Stop Shop” for the Commercial Market

Liberty Corner, New Jersey (January 2006) — Fedders Corporation (NYSE: FJC) recently announced the formation of a new business unit: Fedders Commercial/Industrial Air Treatment Products. This new division streamlines and simplifies the delivery of premium comfort and indoor air quality solutions to a wide range of customers, including distributors, institutional and educational end users, hotels, restaurant chains, clean room and research facilities, hospitals, telecom and pharmaceutical companies. This new division markets all of the company’s Commercial and Industrial air treatment products under its Fedders^®, Addison^®, Eubank^®, Sun^®, Trion^®, Herrmidifier^® and Envirco^® brands.  Headed by Division President Dave Schumacher, Fedders Commercial/Industrial Air Treatment Products is a “one-stop shop” for the commercial and industrial markets, offering customers one of the broadest lines of air treatment products in the industry.
