CORNER, New Jersey -- February 2, 2005 --
Fedders Corporation (NYSE: FJC), a leading global
manufacturer of air treatment products, including
air conditioners, air cleaners, dehumidifiers
and humidifiers, and thermal technology products,
today announced that its Board of Directors declared
regular quarterly cash dividends of 3.0 cents
on each share of outstanding Common Stock and
Class B Stock and 53.75 cents on each share of
outstanding Series A Cumulative Preferred Stock.
The dividends will be payable on March 1, 2005
to stockholders of record as of the close of business
on February 15, 2005.
